When you create your rental contract, we collect the information you give us: property details, tenant information, lease terms, and your email so we can send you the finished contract.
We also collect basic technical information automatically – your IP address, browser type, and how you use our site. This helps us keep the service secure and working properly.
Simple: we use your information to create your contract and send it to you. We also use it to comply with Portuguese rental law requirements and to improve our service.
We'll never sell your data or use it for marketing. Your information stays private and is only used for what you signed up for.
Everything is stored securely in Europe using Supabase Cloud Platform, so your data never leaves the EU. We use strong encryption and limit access to only team members who need it.
Contract data: 7 years (required by Portuguese Civil Code for rental documentation). Technical logs: 12 months for security. Email conversations: 3 years for customer support.
We keep things only as long as needed – no longer.
Under GDPR, you can request a copy of your data, correct mistakes, or ask us to delete everything. You can also object to processing or take your data elsewhere.
